What we collect
When you book and register a dog for testing, we collect details such as your name and contact details, and your dog's details (for example registered name, breed, date of birth, registration number and microchip number). To be confirmed the exact registration fields are still being confirmed with the BVA/KC/ISDS.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange and carry out your appointment, to produce the examination certificate, and to contact you about your booking.
Data shared with the BVA, Kennel Club and ISDS
Registration details collected for eye testing are shared with the BVA, Kennel Club and ISDS as part of the eye scheme. This sharing is a necessary part of taking part in the scheme and producing your certificate.
Booking & payment
Booking and scheduling are handled through our online booking provider. To be confirmed details of the booking and payment providers used, what data they store, and for how long, will be confirmed here before launch.
How long we keep it
