- A £25 deposit is taken at the time of booking, per dog or per litter.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit is deducted from your total — the remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment, by card only.

Registration within 3 days
- Your dog's registration details must be completed within 3 days of booking.
- If registration is not completed in time, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

- Please bring your Royal Kennel Club or ISDS registration certificate to the appointment.

Cancellations & changes To be confirmed
Beyond the non-refundable deposit, the practice's cancellation and rescheduling policy is still to be confirmed.

Data sharing
Registration details collected for eye testing are shared with the BVA, Kennel Club and ISDS as part of the eye scheme. See our privacy policy for details.
